Main Characters

Danny Zuko: Tenor (low Eb to high B). The macho, handsome
leader of the Burger Palace Boys. Must sing well.
-
Sandy Dumbrowski: Soprano (low A to high B). The attractive,
new, wholesome and innocent girl in town. Must sing well.
-
Roger: Tenor (low A to high A). A jolly member of the Burger
Palace Boys who enjoys "mooning" people. Must sing well.
-
Marty: Mezzo (low C to Db). Attractive member of the Pink
Ladies gang. Sings "Freddy My Love."

Frenchy: Mezzo (F# to B). A Pnk Lady who eventually drops
out of school to enter Beauty School. She is well meaning and extremely
attentive to her appearance. Must sing.

Kenickie: Baritone (low A to high F#). Second in command of
the Burger Palace Boys and a car fanatic.

Sonny: Baritone (G to C). A big-talking member of the Burger
Palace Boys. Must sing.

Jan: Mezzo (F to C#). Loud and innocent member of the Pink
Ladies gang. Must sing.

Doody: Tenor. Youngest member of the Burger Palace Boys who
worships the older members. Must sing.

Betty Rizzo: Soprano (A to high C). The tough and sarcastic
leader of the Pink Ladies. Sings "Worse Things I Can Do."

Cha-Cha: Soprano (low B to G). The best dancer at St. Bernadette's.
Also a loud mouth.

Johnny Casino: Baritone (G to E). Sings "Hand Jive" at the
prom. The actor who plays Johnny will also be in the ensemble.

Teen Angel: Tenor (E to high E). Sings "Beauty School Dropout."

Patty Simcox: A typical, attractive, confident cheerleader.
Must sing.

Eugene Florczyc: A gullible nerd.

Vince Fontaine: A slick and egotistical radio disk jockey.

Miss Lynch: A strict English teacher.

Plus an ensemble of Pink Ladies and Burger Palace Boys who sing
